  Legal support if denied housing or evicted based on prohibited grounds such as disability, marital status, race, source of income, or family structure.

  Claims against schools, hospitals, stores, or public services that deny access, mistreat, or discriminate based on human rights-protected characteristics.

        We handle every step of the HRTO application and hearing process:

• Drafting Applications to the HRTO
  Help you prepare strong, detailed Form 1 applications outlining your experience and rights violations.

• Responding to Complaints
  Represent respondents (e.g. landlords, employers, service providers) in preparing Responses (Form 2) and handling communication with the tribunal.

• Negotiating Settlements
  Support during mediation to pursue fair settlements before formal hearings.

• Full Representation at Hearings
  Prepare evidence and arguments, examine witnesses, and advocate for you during tribunal hearings.
